The Duty Lawyer Service Council

The Council of the Duty Lawyer Service consists of:

	four members nominated by the Hong Kong Bar Association
	four members nominated by the Law Society of Hong Kong
	three lay members who are not in the legal profession and
	Administrator of the Duty Lawyer Service.

The Council meets monthly which oversees and directs the operation generally and formulate policy and review existing policy.

In 2025, the average attendance rate of Council members at meetings is 63.64%
