| Competition Tribunal
With effect from 29th April 2019, legal representation will be offered to any person brought before the Competition Tribunal under s. 144(2) of the Competition Tribunal Ordinance Cap. 619 for Contempt. Applicants are subject to means test and payment of a fixed handling charge of $640.
