Duty Lawyer Scheme
     
  The Coroner's Court

With effect from 31st July 2000, the Duty Lawyer representation has been extended to any person who is at risk of criminal prosecution as a result of giving incriminating evidence in Coroner's Inquest. Applicants are subject to means test and payment of a fixed handling charge of $640.
