About Us > Our Council

The Council of the Duty Lawyer Service consists of:
- four members nominated by the Hong Kong Bar Association
- four members nominated by the Law Society of Hong Kong
- three lay members who are not in the legal profession and
- Administrator of the Duty Lawyer Service.

The Council meets bi-monthly which oversees and directs the operation generally and formulate policy and review existing policy.
