Duty Lawyer Scheme > Small Claims Tribunal With effect from 3rd December 2018, legal representation will be offered to any person charged under section 35A of the Small Claims Tribunal Ordinance Cap. 338 for the offence of insulting behaviour of a person in a hearing of the proceedings in the Small Claims Tribunal.
